DESCRIPTION:Dear Friends\,\n \n\nWe will be holding the First Day of Ridvan celebration at Little Pond this Tuesday at 6:30.p.m.  The event will take place at the top of the hill (assuming the weather continues to be promising).  \nPark behind the long barn\, along the front of the long barn\, down by our house — as necessary.  Bill will be there to help as necessary.\nWe will gather in a large circle at the top of the hill around a central “speaking” table.  \nThere will be a welcome\, some business discussed\, and then a brief ceremony of planned readings (about twenty minutes)\n\nThere will then be an opportunity for anyone to come up and speak their thoughts\, say a prayer\, read a poem\, sing a song — however you are so moved.  \nThere will be a car to drive up those who find the climb up the hill to be too taxing (and to drive back down).  \nThere will be chairs for those who need to sit\, though we don’t have an endless number.\nWe will videotape this event so that it can be shared later with those friends who can’t make it.\n \nA few guidelines\, as this is the first time we’ve met in person in quite a while and Covid precautions must be maintained.\n\nPlease be on time so we can begin promptly and finish before it’s very dark.  It takes about ten minutes to park and walk to the top of the hill.\nPlease wear masks unless reading a prayer or singing.\nPlease keep six feet distance from friends unless you’re in a pod.  (elbow greetings are fine!)  \nWe will have bottles of water available.  \n \nThat’s it!  Simple.  Any questions\, give me a call:  610-570-1335\n \nWith much love and blessings at this beautiful time and extraordinary time.  Oh ye dawnbreakers of the morning of God.  \n \nBill
