They are used in a way for us to grow and evolve. Consultation is a technique that elevates the quest for solutions to a spiritual level and conditioned on the Will of God as it is understood. Like driving an automobile\, the mechanics of Consultation need to be identified as well as practiced. Like any skill\, the proficiency is accomplished by doing.” \nPrint copies of this Ruhi book are on their way to Phil Dunmire. This first session will include devotions\, an explanation of the children’s classes and youth group activities\, consultation about a Ruhi Book class for adults & older youth\, and suggestions for a book for adults & older youth to study as a group. \nAfter beginning with a short prayer at 10 am\, Kristen Graham will talk about plans for the children’s class. [Kristen has a previous\, regular devotional she attends that starts at 10:30 am]. \nAfter Kristen\, Linnea and Tommy Padfield will then discuss the junior youth activities. \nFollowing them\, Roseann Bowerman will explain Book 10 Unit 2 “Building Vibrant Communities—Consultation\,” which she has offered to facilitate for those interested. Discussion of a possible book to read as a group will follow. DESCRIPTION:Dearest Friends\, \nOur Auxiliary Board Members\, Kathy Penn and Stephen Vacarro have asked their assistants in this area to host a series of guided conversations with the friends in the Allentown/Reading cluster to review a compilation of documents created by the Continental Counselors of North America. The time we are presently living in urgently reinforces the need to share Baha’u’llah’s message of the oneness of humanity. This compilation\, entitled “Grassroots Document” begins by exploring the Spiritual Potential of North America and moves on to encourage exploration and conversation on concrete actions we can take to expand the process of transformation of ourselves and our communities. \nPlease join us for a series of one-hour study sessions on selected Thursday evenings in June and July at 7:30 pm via Zoom.
